Full payment is required before any service is rendered. The only exception is automated payments made over a course of 3 months. Automated payment must be scheduled before any service is rendered.
If an automated payment is declined, the client has 48 hours to update payment before a fee of $25 is applied. If payment is 5 business days or more delayed there will be a fee of $50 applied.
If the fees are not paid, the client forfeits any money paid. No refund will be given.
Partial refunds will be given at the owner's discretion if the client is not pleased. Due to the amount of time that goes into the project, full refunds will not be honored.
Refunds will not be given if the client fails to provide the content necessary to complete the project, and the project has to be delayed.
Refunds will not be given if the client decides to no longer pursue the project.
If site design and development work has already begun (such as creating a design concept), then the payment is non-refundable.
Websites usually are completed two weeks after all content has been given to the team. Delays in content (text, pictures, videos) will cause delay in the project, and AI Marketing & Web Design are not responsible for delays.
The timeline of the project depends on how many projects the company is undertaking.
Projects are started on a first come, first served basis. The full payment for the service, reserves the client's spot in the queue.
Marketing Terms & Conditions
Full Payment is required before the initiation of any marketing services.
If the promised results are not met, the client will be given a partial refund. If the client wishes to discontinue marketing, the client has the choice to continue the services during that billing cycle or discontinue the service.
During the social media makeover, AI Marketing is not responsible for poor results if the client did not apply the advice given.
Refunds will only be honored for Marketing Projects if we fail to follow through with any of the line items in the Marketing Package descriptions (refunds are given at owners' discretions). If client chooses to discontinue a marketing project in the middle of a payment cycle, we may offer a credit. If content has already been created, there will be no credit or refund.
Client can choose to discontinue a package at anytime and transfer a credit to another service only if the content has not been created.
Automated payments must be canceled 2 or more days before scheduled due date.
