Marketing Terms & Conditions

  • Full Payment is required before the initiation of any marketing services. 

  • If the marketing team fails to create/post content daily, the client may receive a partial refund. If the client wishes to discontinue marketing, the client has the choice to continue the services during that billing cycle or discontinue the service. 

  • Refunds will only be honored for Marketing Projects if we fail to follow through with any of the line items in the Marketing Package descriptions (refunds are given at the owner's discretion). If the client chooses to discontinue a marketing project in the middle of a payment cycle, we may offer a credit. If the content has already been created, there will be no credit or refund. 

  • Clients can choose to discontinue a package at any time and transfer credit to another service only if the content has not been created. 

  • Automated payments must be canceled 3 or more days before the scheduled due date. No exceptions. Once the automated payment is processed, there will be no refunds issued. 

  • Content is created 3-5 business days in advance. Once content creation is started there will be no refunds issued. 

  • Clients who choose not to allow the marketing team to use their strategies and tactics to get the desired results will not be refunded if the results are not achieved. 

  • Pay-as-you-go content creation does not allow for refunds once content creation begins. 

Sales Terms & Conditions

  • We do not guarantee any results, but we use sales tactics that have proven to boost sales, engagement and customers. 

  • Refunds will only be honored for Sales Projects if we fail to follow through with any of the line items in the Sales Package descriptions (refunds are given at owners' discretions). If client chooses to discontinue a sales service in the middle of a payment cycle, we may offer a credit. If work has already begun, there will be no credit or refund. 

  • Client can choose to discontinue a package at anytime and transfer a credit to another service only if  the work has not begun.
